Delivery delays

In the current COVID environment, we have been experiencing delays in delivery times from numerous delivery companies.

We have been tracking and following orders on behalf of customers, however the ultimate handling time through the couriers systems is something we are unable to control.

Our process in preparing and booking couriers remains unchanged, and the parcels are being picked up within the expected time frames, however the processing through the couriers channels and delivery is not occurring within the quoted times.

We have compiled a list of the couriers statements from their respective websites on how they are handling deliveries in the the current environment. Please note, these are not usual circumstances and measures the courier companies  are taking are for the safety and wellbeing of everyone.
